This full-time position will work outdoors in all types of weather and will transport materials to and from the job site, assist with the street and drainage maintenance, and operate heavy equipment such as a dump truck, frontend loader, bulldozer, excavator, track loader and street sweeper and other various pieces of equipment. May perform routine maintenance on equipment. This position will follow all safety and DOT requirements and traffic laws. May be required to respond to emergency situations. This position will perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Prefer 1 year of job related experience operating heavy equipment.
• Requires a Class A CDL
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, understand and follow policies, safety rules and instructions. 
• A successful Drug Screen and Background Check.

 Grade/Salary: Pay Grade 109 (starting pay $15.52 - $17.07)
