Description

This part-time position maintains the Community Center in a clean, sanitary, and safe conditions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Performs assigned cleaning duties for offices, restrooms, meeting rooms, and other public areas.

2. Fills in during absences of the Customer Service representative

3. Reorders cleaning supplies and paper products for all community centers

4. Performs minor plumbing and other routine facility maintenance.

5. Notifies supervisor when maintenance problems are of a technical nature.

6. Removes trash, cleans windows, de-litters outside areas, and performs other duties as assigned.

7. Sets up for events in the community center.

8. Operating a city vehicle is required for the essential functions.

9. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent

Valid Driver's License

Prior job experience is preferred.
